The Allanwater Brewery and Visitor Centre offers the public a chance to see behind the scenes of a working micro-brewery.
Come and meet the brewer, learn the secrets of preparing traditionally crafted ales, and see for yourself the care and skill that goes into making a fine hand-brewed Scottish pint, using 100% natural ingredients.
At Allanwater Brewery we give you the chance to see - and taste - the craft of brewing in action, at our modern visitor centre.
Entry to the Micro-Brewery and Visitor Centre is free. We also offer free tasting of Allanwater Brewery's best-selling cask ales such as Stirling Brig and Stirling Bitter, and the Brewery's own range of unique seasonal and special beers.
You will find the Allanwater Brewery just off the main street in the leafy Victorian spa town of Bridge of Allan, a few minutes from the historic sites of Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument.
