Bannockburn Ale

A light coloured, moreish ale brewed with the finest Mairis Otter Hops and Crystal Malts. A hint of torrified wheat is added producing a satisfying and complex flavour. A fresh dry aftertaste is supported by a fairly hoppy character.

Glencoe Wild Oat Stout (Organic)

Brewed in the heart of Scotland using the finest malts, pure Scottish water and wild oats. This traditional stout has a creamy, toasted oatmeal flavour and is gently hopped. Complex roast malt aromas and a smooth silky aftertaste are characteristics of this ale. This stout is as mysterious and compelling as the Glen it is named after.

Grown wild on the banks of the River Forth, these plump, juicy and flavoursome Scottish Brambles are picked when fully ripe and added to the 4.20/0 abv Cask Conditioned Golden Ale. This gives the distinctive colour and flavour to Stirling Bramble Ale. Brewed using the finest natural ingredients and choicest hops. A good full-bodied ale with a dry fruity aftertaste.

Aleoween Pumpkin Ale

Brewed only once each year to commemorate the traditional ‘Scottish Halloween’ when witches, ghouls and ghosts roam the countryside. Fresh pumpkin is used in the mash tun resulting in a delicate flavour to the traditional Eighty Shilling Ale. Light, refreshing with a satisfying aftertaste.
